Budgeting & Detailed Estimate

Based on the site assessment, a comprehensive, itemized quote is put together. This outlines the scope of work, material costs (fixtures, flooring, drywall), labor, and an estimated timeline so everything is transparent before signing.

Design & Material Selection

Before any demolition starts, layouts are finalized and materials are chosen. This includes selecting everything from paint colors and cabinetry to flooring and hardware to ensure all materials are ordered and ready.

Preparation & Demolition

The crew prepares the home by protecting surrounding zones from dust and debris. The old space is safely torn down and disposed of, clearing the way for the new build.

Structural & Mechanical Rough-Ins

With the walls open, any underlying structural framing, plumbing rerouting, or electrical updates are completed and inspected if required.

Finishing Work & Installation
